“Pehli Nazar main kaisa jadoo kardiyaa” ….. even though the movie(RACE) didn’t impress me much, this song lodged my heart… every now and then this song used to fill up the air around me… it gave me the notion that there are people who still have faith in them and come up with breathtaking formation… all was shattered in a second when my inbox counted a mail more… memo conveyed nothing much, the song which I measured worth was yet another replica of some one else labor…

This reminded me of editorial in TOI which I comprehended today, titled ‘No Comparisons PLEASE’.. Big B showered every line with his like and dislike the way comparison is done with Hollywood and Bollywood.. Seeing all these I totally agree to him.. we have no right to compare Bollywood with Hollywood… former is no where close, for a comparison..

Gone are days of great movie makers like Satyajit ray… Movies are now in the stage of commercialism… following the golden rule Beg, Borrow or Steal.. picking up the big hit recipe available in the local or overseas market with out any favoritism adding to it the local favorite masala offered and make a copy right of yours.. Even critiques use to mock only the copies made from local market over looking the tour de force overseas… when brain storming session were going around the recent Tamil/Telgu remake of Gajani to Hindi.. we all silently forget its forerunner MEMENTO…
